Promotion-Specific Terms and Conditions

  6. The Prize Draw will take place on the 2nd of August 2015 and five entries in the Prize Draw will be chosen at random. The Draw is NOT exclusive to 188BET’s players.
  7. 188BET reserves the right to slightly vary the prizes.
  8. If the winner is an 188BET player, 188BET will contact the winning player by email using the email address registered with 188BET within 48 hours from the Prize Draw. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that their email address registered with 188BET is correct and that it is regularly checked for communications. The winning player must reply to the notification of the prize winning email and confirm the acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of the notification email by 188BET. Should the winning player not reply within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited at 188BET’s sole discretion.
  9. Should the winner request a cash equivalent for the Prize, such cash alternative will be calculated at 30% of the prize package value the player won.
  10. If a winner is a resident to one of the countries where the above mentioned prizes cannot be shipped to a cash alternative of 30% of the prize package value will be offered.
  11. Should a winner accept cash alternative 188BET will credit the winner’s registered account. There will be no rollover requirement to the cash alternative amount awarded.
  12. By accepting the Prize, the winning player agrees to their first name, initial letter of their surname and their location to be used, without any additional compensation, for promotional purposes of 188BET. Any additional information will only be used with the agreement of the player, but will not attract compensation in any event.
  13. It is the players’ responsibility to ensure that it is legal for them to play the Qualifying Game in whichever jurisdiction they are gambling and take part in the Promotion.
